They are friendly and nice
our leadership team is very positive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No compassion or consideration and no understanding of dedication
Unheard, unhelpped, overworked, better pay with better hours would improve employees satisfaction.
The pay could be higher and the insurance could be less expensive with lower out of pocket and co-pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our shift does a great job getting our work done and on time. We do not need a manager there to tell us what to do. We are self-sufficient. We are also good at cleaning up after ourselves.
I like the positive attitude
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn how to properly function in society.
Dont welcome new comers. They are a family outside of work and if your not family they dont care for you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our shift works well together and we make sure we get our stuff done

the positive attitude of leadership and the caring environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanaging, shipping prices, too many hoops to junp through that impact employees speed and ability to push orders through
Pay employees better dont make them stay undefined hours.
