There wasn't really an interview. They absorbed the smaller contractors on the contract, and I was one of those.
They need to at least give us raises to cover our cost of living. The past few years have been brutal and without a raise, we are all losing money every year with increased cost of our benefits.
One of my team members left and they chose to not backfill the position. Instead, they gave me his work with no increase in pay. Just found out that our insurance is going up, again. I haven't seen a raise in a few years.
