What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate boss is great. Anyone above him has no idea what is going on and don't care. They actively seek ways to make our lives here less enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in wages across the board for every employee. Actively considering giving employees raises season after season. Matching 401k would indicate there is some sort of appreciation of our overall long term financial well being.
