I feel like I ma not being treated fairly amongst my team members. My boss doesn't address issues in the best way. He takes sides and lacks the ability to see things from any other perspective than the ones presented by his favorites. I seem to always be excluded and TOLD that I'm being excluded.

They are knowledgeable about the work that we are doing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to practice what it preaches about what the culture actually is.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have an old school way of thinking. They slide their friends into roles that were never made public and don't allow those actually qualified for those positions apply.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The atmosphere was extremely laid back. The panel made you feel comfortable and encouraged you to simply be yourself and have a conversation instead of feeling pressured to be extremely formal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers tend to think that they are your boss. They lack the proper communication skills. They talk down to you and are not willing to help, but point out when you mess up after they refuse to help you.
