Hold coworkers directly accountable, operate on meritocracy
My co-workers tend to think that they are your boss. They lack the proper communication skills. They talk down to you and are not willing to help, but point out when you mess up after they refuse to help you.
Nothing is good since we waste time on feelings instead of excellence
The company needs to practice what it preaches about what the culture actually is.

The atmosphere was extremely laid back. The panel made you feel comfortable and encouraged you to simply be yourself and have a conversation instead of feeling pressured to be extremely formal.
