Hold coworkers directly accountable, operate on meritocracy
My co-workers tend to think that they are your boss. They lack the proper communication skills. They talk down to you and are not willing to help, but point out when you mess up after they refuse to help you.
The company needs to practice what it preaches about what the culture actually is.
Panel interviews are worn out.

They have an old school way of thinking. They slide their friends into roles that were never made public and don't allow those actually qualified for those positions apply.
