Pay raise for office clerks we do the most work out of everybody.

There is no compensation adequate to justify the fact you are always dealing with angry customers who have been cheated and taken advantage of and you're sitting there thinking "You're right, but I'm not allowed to make it right."
Constantly dealing with angry customers do to the company or GM taking advantage of them. No amount of compensation is worth that.
