Everyone supports each other and wants to see the entire team succeed, rather than just themselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They kept it to one day, which was helpful considering that I had a job and couldn't take a lot of time off to attend in-person interviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a work/life balance. They're really good about trying to offer ways to make the workday more fun with company events, giveaways, contests, etc. Even during a work from home transition, they've done the best they can, given the circumstances.
