I started with AAG with no experience and was met with employees that have been here for almost a decade taking time to help me get a leg up and begin my career. I felt valued from the start and was always pushed to improve because my peers knew I could.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment of the company is like a big family, I see people taking care of each other, stepping in for assistance and strategizing ideas together constantly. All the way up to management everyone feels approachable and sincere.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I am actually making an impact within the company, developing and sharpening skills with people, even those who have more experience than I do. I love being hands-on with my work and this job lets me do exactly that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with is absolutely wonderful, I genuinely feel we share the same goals and values in our career and as people. Right from the start the atmosphere was warm and I never felt like I was out of the loop.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is very fair and compounded with a quarterly bonus based on metrics I am able to see and follow myself. I have constantly been motivated to improve my approach in order to increase productivity within the company which is also a direct benefit to myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at AAG is receptive to new ideas and creative solutions and listening to input from myself and my team. I never feel uncomfortable presenting a solution and being able to discuss concepts at the same level is extremely unique in a setting like this.
