What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They do not listen. They need to remember what was discussed in previous meetings. The west location treats the midwest location as being beneath them. The people are generally nice and friendly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The high school drama is caused by the inability to overcome a change initiative. It needs to move corporate office out of California.
