What do you like best about the leadership team?Our CEO has an amazing vision. Our executive leadership seeks innovation. They invest in us as individuals and in the initiatives we put forth. They open doors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The 401k is hard to beat - 3% automatic employer contribution PLUS an additional employer match up to 6%! It's a great example of American AgCredit's investment in employee's long-term financial stability.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are passionate collaborators who learn quickly how to leverage others' strengths.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The IT leadership needs to be replaced
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They do not listen. They need to remember what was discussed in previous meetings. The west location treats the midwest location as being beneath them. The people are generally nice and friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The high school drama is caused by the inability to overcome a change initiative. It needs to move corporate office out of California.
