Our CEO has an amazing vision. Our executive leadership seeks innovation. They invest in us as individuals and in the initiatives we put forth. They open doors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k is hard to beat - 3% automatic employer contribution PLUS an additional employer match up to 6%! It's a great example of American AgCredit's investment in employee's long-term financial stability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are passionate collaborators who learn quickly how to leverage others' strengths.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are dialed in on our mission. Whether you come from an agricultural background or not, you quickly connect to why we're here. Aligning everything our organization does back to the farmers and ranchers we serve keeps us all focused on the customer first.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt connected to the recruiter who was clearly passionate about what they do and why.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I contribute has a purpose; it's intentional. I'm not working just to log hours, I'm providing stability for a family to maintain a multi-generation operation, I'm supporting a young couple purchasing their first acreage, I'm engaging the most valued stewards of our most precious resources.
