If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at American Bible Society?

I would ask the leadership team to consider opening up the remote work policy to attract top talent from across the country.

How much diversity is there among employees at American Bible Society?
It's better than most. Leadership on the other hand... not so much,
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining American Bible Society?

The pace is steady to daunting. It can be a very fast-paced environment, and someone looking to work here should be ready to work.
How does American Bible Society make decisions around promotions?
I have no idea, I have never been promoted in the 5 years I have been there.
Does American Bible Society have any remote positions?
There are a few who work remote (grandfathered in). They do not look to hire remote employees.
