Need better pay. For the amount if work.

the amount of work I do does not compare for working $16 wage. from dealing with the customers and having to deal with the drama and attitudes of coworkers.

I don't see how my value can be assessed when Leadership and Human Resources has no idea what I do. I would like my manager to spend time with me. I would like higher-ups and HR to look at the results of my work as well as how I bring people together.
