Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Merit increase are given out once a year and your whole years worth of work and effort can be wiped out by comparably small infractions on policy. Working on changing company morale just makes your feel like you are hitting your head against a wall.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Within my department we have a strong team, but it feels like every other department either doesn't like each other or doesn't want to have to wait for us to do our jobs so it can be extremely frustrating.
