What do you like best about the leadership team?
The collaborative approach demonstrated by the leadership team.
They are in the weeds with us on a daily basis problem solving and sharing the vision.

The leadership team listens to the employees, and they try to the best of their ability to support each person on their growth paths. They focus on the mission at hand.
I most appreciate about leaders at APDS is their ability and willingness to provide support on a one-to-one level. Empathy is a priority.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, appreciation of people who have been through the toughest times with the company as well as the newer hires

allow the person calling the meeting to run the meeting, value people's time and stick to meeting topics
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is focused on social impact. Every member of the team is vocal regarding impact statements.
The social mission of changing lives in not just a statement it is felt at every level
Encouraging team members and optimistic even when we are over-worked and exhausted on a project.
APDS is collaborative and cooperative. Members support one another to meet the needed outcomes.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to communicate more. People leave without announcement, join without announcement, consultants come on and are seen as employees because no one knows
What did you like most about the interview process?
The open and honest assessment of the company allowed me to triangulate my skill set to the desired outcomes and growth planning of the company.

Our social mission. APDS has not lost sight of our mission to change corrections as we have grown. I appreciate our willingness to remain true to our cause.

We can't develop new technology fast enough.
