Complete overhaul of GA management team is needed.
To invest more on employees training give the a little more respect
Pay well below market standards and 65-75 hour weeks required of exempt employees. Management loves to excuse sweatshop mentality by reminding everyone this is a "24/7" business. This same management disappear by 3:30 daily and never work weekends although everyone else is required to do so.
Coworkers where awesome management needs improvement and to start respecting employees a little more and also need to work on being fair with everyone

Improvement begins with management. Until current issues are successfully addressed no Improvement will be made.
Management needs improvement I understand that it’s all about the sale and the money and that’s what is in the best interest of the company sale first customer
