What do you like best about the leadership team?
They wont return costumers calls so not much
The leadership is very inclusive
they are consumer focused, can't really think of anything else
They are all down to earth, and are very intelligent about how to reach out mid and long term plans as an organization
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, listening, caring about someone other than themselves
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As long as people keep buying i will get my benefits but the way they treat people who knows how long that will last
The best part is the bonus, as it often pays out well - often over 100% if the company meets or exceeds yearly sales numbers. Even in tough years, if you are a good performer your bonus is still very fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid competitively and also being provided bonus based on extra work you have done for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know what they are doing
Everyone on my team is very good at their job for the most part, and we have a team of people who like to get things done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They act like they know what they are doing but who knows
They always let us know that the company is making money.
Even though we are a larger company, almost everyone knows each other and has personal concern for one another. We are a bit lean on staff, but there is great visibility for top performers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be less favoritism across the board.

They listened to what you had to say

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
it would be nice to have some information before the interview about their locations and more honest description of the job
What makes you most happy at work?
To be given the bandwidth to perform at a high level.
I am not micromanaged and given the space to do my work well and be creative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More interaction among employees and managers
Retun the customers calls and go fix the problem with their tubs after all the paid good money for them
