As long as people keep buying i will get my benefits but the way they treat people who knows how long that will last
The best part is the bonus, as it often pays out well - often over 100% if the company meets or exceeds yearly sales numbers. Even in tough years, if you are a good performer your bonus is still very fair.

Everyone on my team is very good at their job for the most part, and we have a team of people who like to get things done.
They act like they know what they are doing but who knows
They always let us know that the company is making money.
Even though we are a larger company, almost everyone knows each other and has personal concern for one another. We are a bit lean on staff, but there is great visibility for top performers.
