Benefits and also the retirement plan
Decent benefits but wish there were more options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401k matching. 3% is pretty slim.
Honestly it was the horrible work enviroment. Mad eme feel unwanted people were very mean not willing to give full information when asked questions cery high employee turnover
There should be more compensation or bonuses
I think for the amount of work i do that i am at least 25% underpaid
This is a very hard time that Americans are going through during this pandemic, people are dying, loosing their homes etc. I was a very hard worker but got discouraged when I was short 19 hours and every payday my supervisor kept saying I’m going to look in
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're can-do people, focused on getting things done.
Respectful and also they are helpful
My team is full of themselves, but they always lend a helping hand.

They told me how the job work in how its ran
The only thing that's sorta dumb is the overreliance on Korn Ferry assessments. It's not a reliable system in terms of evaluating potential.
It was a very pleasant and comfortable environment
