Being able to be physical and move product and being able to use my brain to make it more efficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I simply would like to make an hourly wage that is comparable to a better standard of living. Simple as that.

You know what to expect every day. People get to learn many different tasks that make them more valuable to the company
