Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is fair. Benefits are minimal. 401k match was only recently reinstated.
Better 401k matching. 3% is pretty slim.
Honestly it was the horrible work enviroment. Mad eme feel unwanted people were very mean not willing to give full information when asked questions cery high employee turnover
There should be more compensation or bonuses
I think for the amount of work i do that i am at least 25% underpaid

They didn’t have any workers and the few they had
