I've been employed with AmeriGas for 20 years. In the last 2 years the company has gone from a pretty good place to work, to misery. The corporate management is AWFUL and have no clue what is going on in the "real" world, outside of their privileged little worlds. Nor do they care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay for the area.

Years of experience and a drive to see the job completed correctly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not one thing. They have absolutely no idea how to operate the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New corporate management that isn't setting on a corset in a penthouse somewhere that understands how real people live.
