What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication that we have as a worker
Not one thing. They have absolutely no idea how to operate the company.
They consider change from all angles and try to make things better for everyone as well as good for the company.
They promote inclusion and reward hardworking employees
They are friendly and laid back

Everything it is very horrible

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay for the area.
Pto is available for immediate use
It keeps a roof over my head and food on the table

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money would be nice
Pay only increased due to drivers leaving for more money
We are expected to track performances and that district managers should be giving us feedback But we give the managers feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people to work with
Years of experience and a drive to see the job completed correctly.
Everyone is very friendly and good
They will step up to the challenge and try to get things done.
Collaborative, hardworking, and fun to be around
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Safety is the biggest thing
Be respectful to other employees and customers. Have some compassion for job and others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The variety of committees available to join
Everyone is able to get work done but enjoy each other’s
No micromanaged manager trust that we will get the work done. We are allowed to talk to each other and we plan potlucks
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More employees and more money

New corporate management that isn't setting on a corset in a penthouse somewhere that understands how real people live.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been 20 years since I interviewed
They don't play games in the interview process. You can tell about previous work you have done and they will tell you about the job responsibilities.
I felt like they made sure they were selecting the best candidate
They show you what you will be doing to make sure you would be comfortable with the job
It was comfortable not intimidating

What makes you most happy at work?
Being there everyday to make production
I like the satisfaction of figuring out what went wrong and identifying what to do to fix it.
Accomplishing and exceeding goals and expectations
Being outside and getting exercise

Once again, new corporate management
Very stressful Environment. Employees are miserable and negative
