Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is well bellow industry standard

Leadership doesn't listen to those with more experience

We have 8,000 United States employees, but I feel like our group insurance benefits are lacking.

The work, they dont take into consideration. Also how they mistreat others, i see how they treat certain people

they underpay lower level people and overpay higher lever people

No bonuses. Very small pay increases.

Better pay and bonus or incentives for doing a good job all we get are Debbie cakes and thanks when the vp and his bosses getting bonuses
