Mr. Timothy N. Jones has been President of Electromechanical Group at Ametek, Inc. since February 1, 2006. Mr. Jones served as Vice President and General Manager of Ametek, Inc.'s Process and Analytical Instruments Division (P&AI) since 1999. Mr. Jones held a variety of engineering, marketing and general management positions since joining AMETEK's Process & Analytical Instruments Division in 1979 as a Systems Engineer. He was promoted to Product Manager for Combustion and Industrial Analyzers in 1986 and named Director of Engineering for the Division in 1989. Mr. Jones was promoted to Director of Product and Technology Support in 1992 and named a Divisional Vice President in 1995. Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Point Park College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
