Mr. Choate has been a Trustee of Invesco Advisers, Inc since 2003. He served as an Independent Director of Valero Energy Corporation since 1999 until May 12, 2016. He served as Director of Amgen Inc. from August 1998 to May 20, 2011. He served as an Independent Trustee of various Invesco funds in the fund complex from 2003 to August 29, 2014. Mr. Choate served as a Director/ Independent Trustee of various portfolios in the Van Kampen fund complex since 1999. He served as Director of H&R Block Inc. from April 24, 2006 to November 14, 2007 and Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund, Inc. - Opportunity Portfolio since 1999. He is a Graduate of San Jose State University in California.
