Leadership. They already don't know how to manage not even talking of any leadership. All they do is brown nose to the upper ups (when not sleeping with them).

Low annual raises aren’t competiti

No consistency in payments across the same levels

Actually pay me market value

Base salary significantly below competitors (30%-50%). Stock vesting is very long so you hardly get anything each year. Health plan is lousy. Add to that HQ location is very expensive with no other companies nearby so you are stuck. And they know it which is why the compensation is so bad.

Because I know competitors compensate their staff much more generously (base salary is 10% below and stock compensation 50% below competitors.)

It won't change. The apple is rotten to the core and all the top leadership including the BMS crowd needs to go but this won't happen.

Stop being concerned with profits and actually treat people well

Interviewing with the person who is currently my boss. She is an absolute "Rockstar"

It's a long process in which you have to interview with too many people. It's stressful and time-consuming.

Meet the actual team members, remove the requirement to give notice to managers when internal candidates are interviewing

Leadershio has no clue what they are asking with the insane timelines

Workload is very high - poor worklife balance is the norm.

We need a better working environment

Manager was not as collaborative or communicative as what is needed in my role. Could have been more professional and not as toxic.
