Mr. Raymond C. Jordan has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Amgen Inc. since October 1, 2012. Mr. Jordan is responsible for strategic communications across Amgen, including internal and external communications, issues management and philanthropy. Since 2003, he served as Communications Leader at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for corporate communications and public affairs for more than 250 operating companies in 60 countries. He served as Vice President of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, he served as Vice President, Communications and Information for Pfizer, where he held a range of positions over the course of 17 years. Mr. Jordan was a Reporter for a regional daily newspaper and held positions with Bristol-Myers and Dun & Bradstreet. He was Chairman of PhRMA's public affairs section and of the National Pharmaceutical Council's User Group. He is a graduate of Yale University and earned an MBA in marketing and finance from Columbia University.
