Jennifer joined Amplify in 2011 as the Assistant Vice President - Remote Delivery. In that position she was tasked with utilizing her 15+ years of contact center experience to establish systems and processes that would allow Amplify to continue providing superior service in a time of tremendous growth. She transitioned to her current role in 2019 to oversee the administration of Amplify’s critical business systems.
