My compensation is good compared to other companies of a similar size.

As anything, you have to start from the ground up. But if you prove yourself, you can go far in this company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a contracted employer. Benefit thing compensation or less than employees are expected to do the same amount and quality of work.

I do the job of 5-6 people yet I'm paid like an average worker. I am routinely denied coverage on my insurance for basic things.
