What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick easy very straight forward
It was fast and the questions where straight to the point
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Management needs to look into the work history and work ethic of candidates. If this was a practice instead of an unused option the turn over rate would be lower and call outs/no shows less frequent.
