Respecting other coworkers, not yelling, picking up their messes, treating the customers better, and move a little faster is what they could do.
No respect for the management team. Call outs and no shows are frequent. Management does NOT respond with consequences for these employees and if they do it's more for a personal reason rather than professional.
That they keep pushing you to strive to do better
The customers that come on just to see me is the most possible thing about my job.
Rarely complaints from customers, most employees are pleasant. Actual work is very easy.
Give more hours it's one of there busy estate stores

Management needs to look into the work history and work ethic of candidates. If this was a practice instead of an unused option the turn over rate would be lower and call outs/no shows less frequent.
The only thing to improve is getting new management and some new employees.
Lack of support and professionalism from management. Obvious trickle down effect from corporate as the corporate employees are unprofessional, rude, and ineffective.
