amway needs to have accountability for the leader ship, and more of a team work enviornment instead of a dictatorship

Better raise .50 cents ain't going to do enough in California.
More money at least would work
Compensation is reasonable and not too low.
they arent competitive and once your locked in at a wage it is impossible for you to move up your stuck in that postion and wage

don't take so long - gives candidates an opportunity to find other jobs. Many high level candidates dropped out at the end of the process.
Terminate the entire HR department and replace them with hourly friendly HR workers.
