Need to improve on better staffing teams and respecting process in order to prevent burnout. Recognizing that every team member is valued and has opinions that should be valued vs spoken over.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pays well and on par with other bay area companies.

Could improve upon talent recruitment. HR is in inexperienced and unequipped with building out high performing teams.
