Analog Devices Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My retirement package in 2023

Salary is above average...great benefits especially the medical insurance coverage...

401K match and annual bonus.

its great fantastic l am so lucky

I am content and satisfied.

Good employee stock plan. Better than average bonus.

Bonus structure seems fair to me

Great bonus paid out semi-annualy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No direct correlation between salary increase and work performance. Merit increase is not aligned with our performances. Not just with performance. Also with workload. The increase in workload and increase in salaries are two opposite poles. Proper market analysis should be done.

The delta between new employees and management is very large.
