What did you like most about the interview process?Fair and honest. They make sure that you can openly share your thoughts during interview
What makes you most happy at work?Meeting my co workers on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?Good collaboration and rapport. Always making sure that the team is always on track
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No direct correlation between salary increase and work performance. Merit increase is not aligned with our performances. Not just with performance. Also with workload. The increase in workload and increase in salaries are two opposite poles. Proper market analysis should be done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?VPs feel they are entitled and show royalty and start to preach. Stop preaching and start listening.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They should learn that "If you take care of employees, they will take care of your customers and you will get money". It is not salary but about culture and work environment
