No direct correlation between salary increase and work performance. Merit increase is not aligned with our performances. Not just with performance. Also with workload. The increase in workload and increase in salaries are two opposite poles. Proper market analysis should be done.
The delta between new employees and management is very large.
Show more respect to each other.
VPs feel they are entitled and show royalty and start to preach. Stop preaching and start listening.
1. Must have option to move around in the company and learn other parts of the business. 2. Line managers are given too much deference over where a report works next. 3. The presence or sense of employee surveillance is too strong
I hope there will be more fairness.
