The team is cool and fun
Highly competent; teammates have great senses of humor and fun; teammates work very hard; great communication; covering for each other is the norm and is expected.
Great coworkers; some of the best individuals I've ever worked with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is positive over here
Horizontal structure (e.g., brand new analysts are not only encouraged to provide their ideas and feedback but are expected to do so, even in meetings with partners and VPs); diverse projects; understanding that you can do whatever you want as long as you get your work done well and on time.
Very team oriented and very horizontal.
