How employees describe working at Analysis Group
A great company to work
I just turned down a job opportunity that gave me a $30,000 pay raise to continue working here. I think that should provide a sufficient description.

How's the leadership on the Operations team at Analysis Group?
Exceptional.
What should I wear for an interview at Analysis Group?
Suit for men; comparable clothes for women.
Does Analysis Group have any remote positions?
You can remote in to work whenever you want, just as long as it doesn't affect the quality or timeliness of your work product.
How's the vacation policy at Analysis Group?
Excellent. You take vacation whenever you want to take vacation. Typically, you need to let your case teams know in advance and make sure the timing works out with the deadlines of your work, but, if it does, then you're good to go. We also get all U.S. off with two floating holidays. We are allowed to use those floating holidays and all other holidays whenever we want--it's basically just a bank of vacation that is allocated to each employee every year.
How does Analysis Group make decisions around promotions?
We are promoted based on the performance we have been providing. Typically, a worker is promoted when upper management believes the worker has already demonstrated the capacity to perform well in the role into which the worker is being promoted. To answer the obvious question, yes, exactly like a meritocracy. Just to add a little anecdotal evidence, I have known people to be promoted from an entry-level associate (lower management) to a vice president in a year and a half and people who have taken more than five years to be promoted once.
