Everything is old school. From the applications, to the processes, to the culture. The work is easy, and the people are nice, but it's not a place to grow your career.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There should be more employee engagement opportunities to encourage collaboration. Outside of that the culture is so old school that people are unncomfortable to open up. From the top down executives need to learn to be a little casual to encourage employees to bring their whole selves to work.
