Middle management either needs to be improved, or removed, one or the other.
Everything is broken on the user side. But nobody is fixing these things.

the culture is best described as "bare minimum effort".
Leadership lacks the EQ to run a company. They have a very limited understanding of the product, the user, and are easily distracted by shiny things instead of working towards a cohesive vision. Improvement: hire new leadership who actually understand what innovation needs in order to flouish.
