What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the associates give work to the cute intern girls so they get the most amount of billables and practice on different EWP's. Incredibly fair for the other interns.
Very interested in growing globally and advancing in the marketplace.

at everything - the leadership does not meet requirements for the definition of the word "leadership" from all angles
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is really good one
Has student loan relief/pet insurance
They help pay off our student loans while also paying for further education with no outta pocket cost to the employee
Firm uses its bonus pool to share success with everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is pretty low for the hours they demand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many different backgrounds, voices listened to.
The MDs are really the best ever

Supportive environment, flexible on work time, everyone is understanding
People are encouraging to you and others. This was almost needed bc I started remotely.
