I like that the associates give work to the cute intern girls so they get the most amount of billables and practice on different EWP's. Incredibly fair for the other interns.
I strongly advise avoiding this company by all means - explore other opportunities on the market; it is difficult to imagine a worse case than Andersen. Low salaries, favoritism, no work ethics, discriminatory and highly toxic environment, slow promotions, unqualified leadership, the poorest match
