How employees describe working at CliftonLarsonAllen
The promotion of work/life balance is real and true. The culture is set and would consider most employees embody it. My only complaint is that CLA preaches growth, but there is an element of a timeline for promotion within structured teams that are non-client facing.
the firm stays up to date with the latest tech, keeps an upbeat culture, and leadership does a great job putting teams together
