What makes you most happy at work?Autonomy to innovate and bring new ideas. The support I have to produce great work while knowing I can be there for my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I believe within each team, everyone has a voice and believes, to an extent, that their work is important.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Healthcare is great, I have no fear about making sure my family will be taken care of in medical situations, both literally and monetarily.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring and retaining staff members
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The promise is a busy season not 60+ hours all the time, Management needs to listen to the people who actually do the work. Far too out of touch with the realities of what they are asking for (it's not as easy as it was 20 years ago)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Staff needs to learn how to learn, should not need to teach the same person the same thing repeatedly. Management needs to learn how to take care of people, if you have highly effective people and always make them deal with ths worst and most difficult situations they will burn out and leave.
