Hiring and retaining staff members
Allow those responsible for getting the engagements done enter into the conversation on what we do with staff. Even a perfect senior can not manage a job and delegate if they never have someone to delegate to.
Pay for what people do, not just the title you give them.
Staff needs to learn how to learn, should not need to teach the same person the same thing repeatedly. Management needs to learn how to take care of people, if you have highly effective people and always make them deal with ths worst and most difficult situations they will burn out and leave.
The promise is a busy season not 60+ hours all the time, Management needs to listen to the people who actually do the work. Far too out of touch with the realities of what they are asking for (it's not as easy as it was 20 years ago)
