Our CEO has a youthfulness and positive energy about her, and she certainly leaves people motivated after firm-wide updates. She is the first CEO to truly inspire me from a distance. She has hired a fantastic team, and they are leading CLA in the best direction, I never question any decision.
Theyre transparent, respectful, knowledgable, enjoyable to work with
excellent communication - knowledgeable resources - supportive of staff
Integrity and transparency on where we are at and where we are going
leadership team was highly focused on billable hours and revenue growth no matter the cost to retention
Hiring and retaining staff members
Allow those responsible for getting the engagements done enter into the conversation on what we do with staff. Even a perfect senior can not manage a job and delegate if they never have someone to delegate to.
Healthcare is great, I have no fear about making sure my family will be taken care of in medical situations, both literally and monetarily.
Flex time for all full time members
Health benefits are affordable here
I guess that I have them:)
Unlimited PTO as long as you're meeting your budget
Pay for what people do, not just the title you give them.
People are the best there
Upbeat, good attitudes of teammates
good support system; strong tone at the top
How well we collaborate together
great people that I look forward to working with.
Staff needs to learn how to learn, should not need to teach the same person the same thing repeatedly. Management needs to learn how to take care of people, if you have highly effective people and always make them deal with ths worst and most difficult situations they will burn out and leave.
I believe within each team, everyone has a voice and believes, to an extent, that their work is important.
Work is challenging, but CLA maintains a focus on health and wellness of its employees.
The inclusion of all to belong to our CLA family
The way everyone embraces flexibility when it comes to work life balance
Diversity and how open you can be about career change
The promise is a busy season not 60+ hours all the time, Management needs to listen to the people who actually do the work. Far too out of touch with the realities of what they are asking for (it's not as easy as it was 20 years ago)
there is good communication on both ends
It was 3 interviews with different people
4 different level staff and the diversity
4 different people interviewed us and they were all at different levels so you got the perspective of various positions.
