I believe within each team, everyone has a voice and believes, to an extent, that their work is important.
Work is challenging, but CLA maintains a focus on health and wellness of its employees.

Tone at the top is healthy treating each other like family since we spend more time together than with our own families.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The promise is a busy season not 60+ hours all the time, Management needs to listen to the people who actually do the work. Far too out of touch with the realities of what they are asking for (it's not as easy as it was 20 years ago)
