I've only been here a few months. Grant it I've seen some things that I personally DO NOT agree with.. But who am I to say anything. I love my job and some of the people will make things difficult for you. However I keep showing up and going above and beyond what's ask of me so things get done.

Laughing with each other. Learning new skills

We take care of one another. We make certain that we help those who struggle

They change from job to job. The first site was hell. They promoted those who had no experience over some who did
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great group at the moment. We get our nightly tasks done with time left to spare. But on occasion there's nights nothing can go right
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The travel. You get paid for what time it takes to get from point A to B. I don't like the whole expense report. It's just easier to include this with the weekly pay
